What we collect
When you submit an inquiry or take the coaching quiz, we collect your name, phone number, and fitness goals. We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data beyond what you voluntarily share in the inquiry form or quiz.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and connect you with the right coach. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your contact details are used by FitnessR coaches to follow up on your enquiry via WhatsApp or phone.
Third-party services
We use the following services to operate the platform: Supabase (data storage, India-compliant infrastructure), Resend (transactional email notifications), Microsoft Clarity (anonymous behavioural analytics — no personal data), and Google Analytics 4 (aggregated usage analytics). Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
WhatsApp communication
When you contact us via WhatsApp, that communication is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We do not store WhatsApp messages in our systems. Messages are handled directly by FitnessR coaches on their devices.
Data retention
Inquiry data is retained for up to 12 months to allow our coaching team to follow up and support your fitness journey. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@fitness-r.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 business days.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies to support analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) and session management. No personally identifiable information is stored in cookies. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@fitness-r.com. We will respond within 7 business days.
