Services
FitnessR provides personal fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, and wellness programmes through a network of specialist coaches. Services are delivered online (all-India and international) and offline (Delhi NCR). All sessions are 1-to-1 unless otherwise agreed. Session formats, frequency, and scope are agreed directly between you and your assigned coach.
Bookings and payment
Session pricing is agreed directly with your coach prior to the first session. There are no fixed packages unless explicitly offered. FitnessR does not process payments through this website — payment terms are arranged between you and your coach via WhatsApp or during the introductory call.
Cancellation and rescheduling
FitnessR operates with no lock-in contracts. You may stop at any time. For individual session cancellations, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice as a courtesy to your coach. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged at the coach's discretion, subject to what was agreed at the time of booking.
Health and safety
You confirm that you are physically capable of undertaking fitness training or have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to your coach prior to training. FitnessR coaches are qualified professionals, but fitness training carries inherent physical risk. FitnessR and its coaches are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to disclose pre-existing conditions or from training undertaken against medical advice.
Results
FitnessR coaches will make every effort to help you achieve your stated goals. Individual results depend on factors including effort, consistency, diet, and pre-existing health conditions. FitnessR does not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss targets, strength benchmarks, or timelines.
Intellectual property
Workout plans, nutrition guides, and programme materials provided by FitnessR coaches are for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, or distributed without written permission from FitnessR.
Website use
The content on fitness-r.com is provided for informational purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or reproduce content from this website without permission. FitnessR reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of FitnessR services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
